Well considering MJNA is a spec, in a very uncertain industry (although I think it becomes more and more certain everyday) that could be shut down at anytime. Let the politics get cleared up, the industry to develop and this thing will be right where you want it, but at this stage to compare it to McDs, Apple, etc isn't realistic.
