The problem here IJO is that we're talking about a small mom & pop "PUBLIC" company. We aren't Lockheed, Boeing, etc., who can miss a deadline without so much as a blink of an eye. And because of this companies history of missed deadlines and delays, everything this company says or does is under a microscope by it's investors. So when we read a PR stating that delivery, etc. is going to be by the end of March and then we learn, through the back door (10K), that suddenly it's been changed to the end of April, there's going to be speculation. So without knowing the reason, speculation, good and bad, is going to run rampant. So if this so called "Delay" is about the DOD wanting more time for training or whatever, it would be nice, and probably easy, for the company to communicate it to the shareholders. IMO
