I noticed an error in my post that needs to be addressed. When I was referring to BMSN maxing-out the Southridge deal I was wrong in my number by how much the A/S needed to increase.
That number is actually 16 billion. I derived that number based on a statement by Koos in one of the filings. He estimated that it would take an increase of 3,200% of the current share structure (500 million A/S at the time of the filing). I was off by two decimal spaces...my bad.
While this is a more realistic number, it is still 800% higher than the current share structure. I still think it is highly unlikely for that to occur over the next 13 months...IMO.
