If CEO gone do that ,will be very stupid .Nobody ( if this is a really business) gone dump at market extra billion share and right after do r/s.In this case stock should be halted and CEO should face jail. But as I see .So far BMSN is a good company with very good product.Next week should trade above 0.01 or 0.02
