Ok what's going on here? Has anyone read Barriks latest 2012 annual report f-40 page 78 onward?

Sure doesn't look good for Jorge. The only legal issues mentioned were environmental. Our company needs to pick up the pace here, Barrik will be minning pasca lauma in no time, with or without legal approval.

I would sure like to see MSX's 5 year plan, because all see in front of me is lawsuits that will be very costly for us. That's it! If Barrik was worried one would think they would be back peddling by now. Goldpanner I feel your pain and frusturation.
