Disagree for these reasons, google already had search working and then they upgraded to the filter technology, called langs patents. Bing was never established as search and then when they entered the market they used langs patents from the start, so all of bings revs are in play, microsoft did reference the patents when they started and that is why willful infringement comes into play and why they are going to settle. They are guilty and they know it and will make it right. I say at least 350 million will be number, could be more but i think vringo will cut them slack since they are doing the right thing. I think running will be 10 percent going forward. Remember the difference google didnt use the patents at first and microsoft did from the begining.
