While I would love for your figures to be a reasonable base, I would question why you would assume that 100% of Bing's revenues would be generated by the Lang patents in question, when VRNG only argued 20% of value added for GOOG's searches. I would make the opposite assumption (and yes, it is an assumption) that probably Bing's revenue due to the Lang patent is similar to GOOG's, and thus 20% is a more likely base to use.......
