I would say this maybe true but I cant see them paying some premium in term of dollars 
This company dumped 40-50M shares in last 2 years, all under a dollar and most around 60 cents. Who would want to pay 1+ USD for that after such a dilution? So maybe it will be an offering for Swedish instis but I cant see them overpaying this stock.
