I suspect this is an offering for big boy Swedish hedge funds prior to the FN uplisting. Stay with me. I think this will make sense. If he a hedge fund wants to invest $5M+, it's gonna take at least four weeks to establish a position, it'll run up the stock price anyway, whilst incuring copious transaction fees hitting each and every ask.

For the large investor/funds, to pay a "liquidity premium" to get in the door may make sense, at least from a convenience POV and maybe from an economic one as well.

The major risk for them, and us, is if we don't uplist. But I doubt a big boy hedge fund would invest not already knowing the outcome of the FN uplisting.
