Honestly, this company makes an excuse for every friggin factual question that gets asked. A. Why do they get nasty calls? B. Why do they never answer their calls? C. Excuse to not answer the question.

I recently purchased shares in the company. I was enthused by the prospects for success and a seeming openess about the activities of the company. So much so that I did a minimum of DD prior to purchasing shares in the company. However, I have taken the time to read up on what has been filed by the company and have a simple question I hope you can/will answer for me. I noticed mention of a JV participation in the Suriname mining venture. However, there was no mention of who the JV partner to Graystone is. Could you please reveal that information? If for some reason you can not, I will understand and will accept that as an answer to my query. And if you can answer, I would appreciate that as well."

"The Company has decided not to disclose their identify to do the volume of emails and calls the Company gets on a daily basis and that some of these are not necessarily the most appropriate messages. Because of these factors the company has decided not to disclose who the partner is because it fears that these same people will begin calling and emailing them as well which would have a negative impact on the company's business."
