So far Infineon has not made a broad claim becuase either: 1) they know that it won't work right out of the box on every TPM or 2) they have not tested every TPM becuyase they have been focused on their own breed.

If a company beleives that Wave's comments are not true, they would likely contact wave, demonstrate that theirs does work and Wave would remove the language.

It is also unclear whether Infineon is actaully bidding against Wave when their TPMs or licensed TSS is not in the mix. it may be that their software could be made to work if they were retained to porvide software for an Atmel or STM installation and the PC OEM said make it happen. That's what in essence happened with Intel and Infineon.
