HERE IS A STUPID QUESTION...

If VFIN and VNDM are selling for some entity or person...

WHY IN THE HE!! would they continue to LOWER the PPS ON PURPOSE so that they are selling shares for MUCH less than they should be???

They could have VERY EASILY SOLD all of their shares above 007. WHY would they SELL for 005's???

They are NOT buying on the bid or we would see them on L2 so doesnt add up to me!!

DOES THIS CONFUSE ANYONE ELSE BUT ME????
