SKTO**Conquering the Laws of Diminishing Returns…

I have read where some wondered this question… Why would SKTO (Medical Greens ™) choose the route of being acquired to start trading on the lowest legitimate level of market existence (the pink sheets) versus just starting out already existing to trade on a major market exchange such as the DOW, NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX, etc via Initial Public Offering (IPO) route? From the way how I see things… instead… I think some should be wondering… Why not?

In my opinion, why would you want to begin trading in a major market where instantly, you would have already have capture your over saturated levels of growth to where you would be immediately existing to trade in an environment where the ”Laws of Diminishing Returns” would have already begun to set in for the company and its investors. The growth for the company would have happened so soon that it would have been like being in quicksand in trying to conquer visions of continued growth. All I can say is one word… ”BORING!” Doing the IPO route, especially these days within the market is very boring for all.

IPO Example to Understand: Consider this IPO example to help better understand exactly where I am coming from which has help me to see the vision of SKTO (Medical Greens ™) for growth. Personally, with starting out from the very bottom on the pink sheets, there is far more room for growth that would make the venture much more fun for these top level executives and their TEAM that they have on board and its investors. If all of us that are here wanted to invest into Microsoft (MSFT), we wouldn’t be here now. That’s not what any of us want. We want what SKTO (Medical Greens ™) is offering as an investment.

I believe that this SKTO TEAM sees this as an important and fun venture to bring along many people for the ride to deliver significant wealth to position them as a company to help many people. This is their way of being able to help many who are not neither rich nor wealthy to get to levels of comfort to better financially exist within this society to provide a better style of living for themselves. This is their way of giving back to the world and helping to provide a better way of life for many that would not have existed otherwise. In my opinion, this positions this TEAM for great karma down the road for themselves. We all should remember the acronym of TEAM as indicated below:

T – Together
E – Everyone
A – Achieves
M – More

Think about it. The IPO route would have only allowed for the rich to get richer. The IPO route wouldn’t have help many, if any, of us that are here now. Take Facebook, Inc. (FB:NASDAQ) for an example. How much would we have been able to spend to have been able to buy any significant amount of shares in FB once they IPO-ed their shares to be bought? I can tell you that the answer is… not many! Heck, it opened up at $45.00 per share and have basically been trading in the $20.00 to $25.00 per share range for a long while although a little higher or lower at times. It doesn’t look like it’s going to change from such pattern any time soon.

As of today, the ”Laws of Diminishing Returns” have set in on many major market stocks to where the growth is so stagnant, that it’s almost like it is not moving at all. As for management, the feeling of accomplishment has to feel as though it is over or near to being over while just getting started to trade on the market. Imagine going into work knowing that you have to work your butt off just to remain at the ”point of maximization” or ”point of equilibrium” to just maintain current levels of growth levels already achieved. To better say it, don’t expect to see FB to be a 5, 10, 20, 100, or a 1,000 bagger or so any time soon or if ever. I bet it would have been more fun for their management to have started out from ground zero like what SKTO (Medical Greens ™) is doing. Imagine all of the people they could have helped versus just helping the rich get richer. Compare and contrast SKTO in this example; SKTO is already up a few thousand percent and has plenty of room to go to yet still go up another few thousand percent for those still learning about SKTO. Most major market stocks ”do not” present this type of an opportunity as an investment.

Here is what some major management teams are totally not getting of which this management team here with SKTO understands 100% with the market. Within the market… it’s not an ego thing because nobody is bigger than the market no matter how big of a company you are or would like to think you are. It’s all about the percentage gains of growth for the company and the investors. If you put a few million dollars into FB when it IPO-ed at $45.00 per share, how much would your investment would be worth today? However, if you would have started putting your few million dollars into SKTO to support what you are confident will turn out to be recognized to be very legit too, how much would your investment would be worth now and in the future? In my opinion, this is why we see the huge amounts of dollars on a daily basis that goes into SKTO (Medical Greens ™).

Under this concept of operations, it gives you more to look for in trying to mature your company. It’s not an IPO ”one hit” wonder that shortly burns out. It’s an investment for all. I see their vision and why SKTO’s management TEAM has taken this route. With an IPO, enough is presented so you see it so you believe it. With a much higher “risk” versus “reward” SKTO venture, you have to first believe it in order to see it. This is the beauty of their investment that they are creating for us and why such prominent TEAM has chosen this route.
