Mr.Know-It-All says: FQM is trying to save money, so I doubt they will attempt to buy out PTQ. There is no need.

I say FQM saves a boatload of money if they buy PTQ out now. Why in hell would FQM choose to buy $75-$100M worth of aggregate minimum they need from PTQ when PTQ's stinking market cap is only $96M?

Duh...I don't think even FQM management is that short sighted. FQM needs the PTQ aggregate and they also want the rest of the resources including the plant and workers PTQ currently employ. Why would they let that go now? It doesn't make a lot of sense to do so. Who knows what they'll offer for PTQ, but even if it was as high as $250-$300M that would be a bargain for what they're getting.
