Kinross is relevant to SRGE due to potential litigation from SRGE.

Don't look now, but SRGE no longer exists. It will not be suing anyone.

I read Kinross' legal contingency footnote....no mention of SRGE...

Of course not. The only agreement they ever had with SRGE was a confidentiality agreement. SRGE lied about the JV.

And thereby got itself suspended and bumped to the Greys.
