2) We will not be cash-rich in 2014.
3) A one year delay for the spin-offs.



I never really believed the spin-offs, after all who would buy a part of the company for higher price than the whole company... but business is doing better than expected or at least in line and yet again we would see some disappointment in the cashflow? How can that make sense if things go as planned?
