A couple of things which I noted before are being confirmed in this research report.

1) It doesn't matter how you do the math. You always end up with close to $500M in revenue for 2014. In this case they project $465M.

2) We will not be cash-rich in 2014.

3) A one year delay for the spin-offs.

It's a very good report overall. I disagree with some of the details obviously.
