It's still possible but with the lawsuit shares being flooded into the market I think we have to wait until the litigant is done selling their shares. I believe that is what's bringing this down. He was awarded 10's of millions of shares and I highly doubt he's going to hold on to them. I think he's the one selling into market now. So I give it a week or two once he's done selling and we should be in reversal.
