While 51 percent of Democrats and 55 percent of independents support legalizing marijuana, 66 percent of Republicans oppose it.
I agree with you that 2014 will be huge. I just think that progress will be made at the state level while the feds sit back, occasionally blustering and threatening intervention while never actually doing much.
This brings me back to my original point; Holder's announcement won't have a huge impact because the market already knows what stance the feds are going to take.
