IF YOU HAVE L2 THAN YOU WOULD KNOW

That we are currently at 0066. Obviously you do not have L2. Every stock is worth the last trade made and when it was sitting at 0051 someone BOUGHT over 15 MILLION shares at 0066.

What does this tell you?????
