OK, so sometimes it's like a year!!!.....and I think at least one of those cases was eventually dismissed....

I still don't see why the Co allowed themselves to be delisted if all was well......they can bitch about Geo, but in the end it was the Co's job to stay compliant....that is what they get paid to do, not to crumple at allegations!!!!.....

also, why are they not suing the people who did that Chinese TV report??.....didn't they say similar things as Geo???

PS: to reapply for listing, they will also now need a much higher share price, no????
