of course it would have.....but instead of filing a 10-Q, and responding to the exchange with immediate results and transparency, there is now a lawsuit that will probably drag out for years.....this is a GOOD CHOICE????

Don't think this will take years if past suits are a guide.

Deer filed a lawsuit in New York state court in Manhattan on March 28, 2011 against Alfred Little and Seeking Alpha, decison August 16, 2012... 17 months

Sino Clean Energy sued Little, GeoInvesting and Seeking Alpha on May 9,2011 also in New York
state court...Sino Clean Energy Inc. v Little 2012 NY Slip Op 50907(U) Decided on May 21, 2012 Supreme Court, 12 months..

Silvercorp's decison was even faster , Silvercorp Metals Inc. a Canadian based mining company, (“Silvercorp” or the “Company”) on September 22, 2011 filed a lawsuit in New York County Supreme Court charging defendants Chinastockwatch.com, Jerry Katz, Alfredlittle.com, Alfred Little, Simon Moore, and several “John Doe” defendants...

Decision was August 20 2012 11 months. The average of the 3 is 13 months. Longwei can address their financial statement deficiencies and the audit committee and reapply for an exchange listing if they want to in the meantime
