Their patent alone is worth millions....The board resigned and handed the liquidation to the courts to clear the way for a buyer that will purchase the assets with court cleared order to avoid lawsuite.

Apple, Google or MSFT can buy this patent and put the chip in their phones and charge a preimum for the service.
