It's a pennystock. There's always a downside risk. But I see the potential in the upside. VOIS is overdue for big news and/or a big promo. I'd rather be in before the cattle are lead out to pasture.

As far as shorting, I'm no expert. What I do know is that there is one retail that keeps moving it's sell price down with larger blocks of shares and when those shares get bought up then another is added. Evaluate that however you like.....
