Zenex Creates New Emergency and Environmental Management Subsidiary

OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov 23, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Zenex International, Inc. (OTCBB:ZENX), a growth-oriented holding company, today reports its board of directors has approved the creation of a new subsidiary business unit. Ron Carte, Zenex International's chairman and CEO, states, "The new company will be designed to maximize the overall breadth of opportunities inherent in disaster response management services. The new environmental and emergency services subsidiary will be the management entity for all disaster recovery roofing and construction project activity, leaving our flagship group, Aduddell Roofing, able to grow its core corporate roofing and waterproofing services."
The new company will be headquartered in Florida, with offices in Stuart and Boca Raton. This business unit will be responsible for all disaster-driven roofing projects, both public and private, as a well as marketing a number of environmental service solutions that answer a myriad of urgent needs in the wake of natural and manmade disasters.
Zenex International has named Randal K. Oberlag, to serve as the president of the new subsidiary.
Mr. Oberlag has years of high-level, domestic and international environmental management experience. Mr. Oberlag holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and has completed graduate studies in structural engineering and engineering mechanics at Columbia. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and also holds a B.A. in Physics. He is a licensed attorney as well as a licensed civil engineer and structural engineer. Mr. Oberlag has over 30 years of legal, engineering, executive management and consulting experience in the government and private sector. He has served as senior Environmental Attorney Specialist for the State of Arkansas. He co-founded a successful firm specializing in civil, structural and environmental consulting. He was Vice President/General Counsel for an international manufacturer for several years while maintaining a private law practice specializing in international law and intellectual property. He has been a member of American Military Engineers and National Association of Corrosion Engineers. Mr. Oberlag is the inventor of an industrial cooling tower with over 500 installations worldwide and is a recognized authority in the design of FRP structures. His experience includes dam safety inspections, earthquake response training and environmental enforcement and litigation. He has served in rapid response capacities for various agencies.
