OT - LOL - as much as I admire the KID and yes he did outscore the ruskie with a 1-1-2 versus a 0-1-1 I will not for a minute undermine the talent our Russian friend has. He his awesome and may very well win Rookie of the year but he is 2 years older also and has a few years Russian pro under his belt.
Notwithstanding, the KID has given me more interest in the NHL than I have had in a long time - the new rules have helped pique my interest but not since The great #4 have I seen someone with some much talent and class all in one and I will admit #99 had both also - but #4 and #87 1-2 in my books. #87 still has a lot to do but the kid has a good head and great talent.
And if other readers dont know those numbers then thats ok cus they hockey numbers.
