If something that needs for this stock to move upwards over 5 cents is FDA Approval of IND Period. Till then Dr. Koos will make sure shareholders are toasted and roasted again and again.

Stocks even listed on Amex/Nasdaq are manipulated to grave level.
All this OTC junk listing will have no role to play in terms of PPS.
It is really sad that the stock has to come to a level where it has to depend on trivial things like this to stabilize.
