I agree about the 30 day count-start. However, I think it's reasonably safe to assume, that worst case, the count starts the day they told us about receiving the IND number.
Assume the worst, they got it that day. So...30 days from then, should be mid April. And yes, maybe sooner, given they may have received the IND number sooner. But go on worst case.
Add 4 more business days for 'material event' press release (or 8k). Now we're at somewhere around 24th or 25th of April. That is also making an assumption that the FDA has no further questions/concerns.
At that point, all things being equal, PPS should be looking a LOT more positive.
