I've been thinking about this post for a while now, and what is the reason to answer this post. What is your reason or purpose to post that common shareholders could get the axe----duh. Commons are always the least protected. Are you posting here with the intention of saving investors, what are your motives.
Mine are simple, I think this has a lot of potential......This isn't NORTEL,
they have resources.....2 mines....
You make it sound like if there are no lawsuits, shareholders get nothing....Hmmm
Let me ask you a question, last year this stock was trading at $1, do you think those shareholders that bought at that price and probably haven't sold are going to take it up the "mine" without doing anything about it.....
There are 550M shares, do you actually think that VAN ECK with his 30M is going to accept any kind of BS without using lawyers (eventually).
