I realize they do not have a direct association with NSS, but I still disagree. Cede and Co is the one commonality for every transaction that takes place in the US markets. They know for a fact what is going on. So far nothing has been done about the problem. Nothing except Reg. SHO, which hasn’t worked yet. That’s why I say they allow this type of illegal activity.
