C'mon now. That's big time money. LOL.
Well, saw the announcement of a date. April 4th. 4 PM. And I can't be on the call. Unbelievable. Oh well. So typical (for me anyway) I have one big thing I can't get out of and it is 4 PM on April 4th. Wow.
On a different note, it's funny, no mention of whether testing is done, what we are looking at, etc. I am guessing/believing/hoping that with the whole of the call, it is about production with EM at this point. Heck they may not even have the LSS test results yet. All of those on the call make sense for what we are making, but would be irrelevant (or useful) on conversation regarding the potential microelectronics partner test results. Which leads me to wonder big time ... will we even hear anything about whether they were positive before the call?
It is one thing to get to the point of disclosure of who we're testing with ... and quite frankly, I can see good reasons why that may/may not happen if we get that far, but it is another to go into the call blind on whether or not the testing news and hence potential for a partnership is good or not.
I am betting we go into the call blind ... which will kill me. Something (and before you all speculate about this, no I haven't asked Tom or anybody else at the company or on the board about this), something just tells me in my gut, that we won't know going into the call anything about microelectronics test results. If that is the case, I don't know what to expect in terms of share price. My question for you all is simply this...
First, do you thing they PR a statement that says, "The test results with the microelectronics partner were consistent with other company tests"?
Second, after all that has transpired ... do you think Tom wants to say this first in a CC as it is not material news and yet will portend of great things potentially to come for the company. Just keeping it real, but that is kind of what I expect, to go into a call blind with a lot of anxiety, hopefully to be relieved at the end of it all.
The only thing that makes me possibly feel different about it is the curious addition to read the 10-K first. I can't see what will be in there that they wouldn't PR if it were good, but we'll see soon enough I guess.
Can you tell I am anxious : ) but I think we get good news here ... I just think my heart may stop in the mean time.
