Nothing has changed about ANDI..

If Apex is your broker chances are you can't buy, but you can sell.. TD Ameritrade has stopped buying as well, but you can sell. Now TD really sucks because my uncle was gonna load some more.. Time to open another Brokerage account..
(My understanding is Apex will clear above .01) (Guess we gonna wait then..)

E*Trade: E*Trade Clearing LLC (essentially self-clearing)
Fidelity: National Financial Services LLC (note that this is a subsidiary of Fidelity, so Fidelity is essentially self-clearing)
TradeKing: Apex Clearing
Vanguard: straight up self-clearing
TD Ameritrade: TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. (essentially self-clearing)
Schwab and optionsXpress: Charles Schwab Clearing Services (basically self-clearing)
Sharebuilder: Pershing LLC
