As for the Solar thing they never said that Solar wasn’t a huge deal; Joe Miller and the BOD doesn’t see it as worth pursuing in the short term, the Pekinamine Platform has Many, Many, Many uses, we were spread too thin for years. Zelibor has cut loose with the B.S. deals and has finally focused the company; it looks like they are Going to do the Long distance Telcom Modulator (HUGE), An SLM (HUGE) and the LSS (HUGE). As we move forward many more uses and devices will surface, Many players will approach us, shoot there are MANY Military uses that I see us pursuing before the Solar angle.

As for a buyout who knows, but I know that if I was sitting on the bundles of cash that many of the fortune 500’s have I would not be beholden to a Small company in Delaware. There are many, many ways that this could go, as of now there are Three kinds of Perk, many devices in the future, 2nd Order and 3rd Order materials and they haven’t even touched the amount of Molecules that Fred envisioned. Unless something comes out of the woodwork and bites us, soon enough it will get very interesting. I know that many of the investors don’t want a buyout, we want it to forward split and pay dividend of a dollar per share every quarter, but I just don’t think the Big Guys will stand for it, we all have our price.

Once they announce actual performance numbers, the speed, repeatability and the fact that it is a stable molecule it will be Game On, this will be just like grapheme except you cannot patent graphene (just its uses and currently there are over 1,000 of them), we have some of the best chess players out there, it is not even close to their first time around the block, most of these guys forgot more than we will ever know, these guys have taken their time to do this right, so let’s see what we’ve got.

Honestly I agree Six, I think the call will be the next step on the business unfolding; I don’t expect any trillion dollar contracts, but still I expect us to hit 2 bucks before then, I wish we’d hit the Triple 3 Number, but I doubt it.

In the Future
Might we partner with a chemical manufacture to produce the Perk for us?
Might one of the big guys just buy us out?
Might we buy an old DuPont site and hire talent to make it?
Might we sign off on one type of Perk?
Might we just sign off on one device?
Might we partner with someone on any of the above?

I could go on for days; Like Z said we need to digest what is in the K First. Most likely it won’t be that big it will be the next step, so guys don’t run this up too high until I can get my buys filled towards the end of next week.

Honestly IMO we’ll be bought out like a Just Like a BioTech.
