I think it is fairly straight-forward at this point. They submitted their application to the FDA, which at some point during that 30 days came back and said here is your I.D. #, take care of these few, accomplishable things and we can move forward with the human trials. This is where we are at, they are taking care of the things they need to do to move forward, then basically resubmitting to the FDA which may very well have 30 days from that moment to respond again, though likely it would be much sooner.
