Belize Oilwatch: Is it Treaty Energy Corp (TECO) that is operating in Belize or is it a Belize corporate type entity with the name of Treaty? If a Belize company, has the ownership structure been made public? Can we can determine if Treaty Energy Corp (USA) really has any ownership in this Belize operation at all? Or is all of the TECO assets equipment, lease payments, any drilling costs, etc, paid for by investors of TECO in the USA going to a separate company that can walk away from TECO (as a corporate entity) at any time?
Does corporations working in Belize have to be owned by citizens of Belize?
