You do realize that issuing shares (dilution) doesn't mean they're being sold and part of the daily volume. Those issued shares could be held for a year or longer before they become part of the float.

Do you think the shares he is issuing to pay bills would be purchased with a 1 year restriction? Now look at the PPS history here. Would you accept shares even at a 60% discount, if you had to hold for a year?

That only leaves, shares issued unrestricted. Would you, after tracking the PPS for 4 years, hold or sell?

I rest my case. If they are issued, they are sold by the receiver. JMO.
