1. The T/A reports that there are only 2.495 Billion Shares (Authorized Share count has not changed one iota in 10 Months. This is what I call a 'dilution theory buster' and until it increases, dilution is nothing more than a myth)

Authorized is just that. It has nothing to do with dilution. It's just a cap.

It is painfully obvious that there is no dilution occurring.

No it's not obvious since the T/A is gagged and up to date numbers can't be retrieved. You do realize that issuing shares (dilution) doesn't mean they're being sold and part of the daily volume. Those issued shares could be held for a year or longer before they become part of the float.
