Yes-BID-demand-is-up ASK holding w/small-lots-at-that price point

If the ASK meets the demand at lower BID prices with small lots the trend is sideways or lower as it's doing now, if the ASK holds and offers demand at higher prices and increased lots sizes the stock will rise.

The 60 sec chart shows sideways movement because ASK is not bending to the lower BID price with volume yet.
