The April 10 date makes perfect sense to me. If you listened to the radio interview with Mike, he had mentioned April 10 as a significant date. Originally, the date for "closing" was May 15 but Mike stated it would be more like April 10. seems logical to me the money will be there. You should listen to the interview if you haven't yet.
