NAPOLEONVILLE, La., March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Impact Fusion International, Inc. (OTC Pink: IFUS) announced that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Supreme Energy Resources (www.supremeenergypark.com) has completed funding to implement its business model for recycling a renewable resource, bagasse into livestock fiber with Nutri-Mastic™ to address the worldwide livestock feed shortage utilizing its 63 acre property and buildings in Napoleonville, LA.

The Board of Directors of Impact Fusion approved and completed funding for a convertible debenture of $250,000 for the purchase of equipment and resources necessary to start production in its Louisiana facilities. No shares of Impact Fusion were issued as part of this financing nor will they be in the future. The Company has purchased and accepted delivery of this equipment in early March 2013. Production was originally scheduled to begin before the end of the first quarter of 2013. This schedule was accelerated and the Company is now in full production.

In response to the report of severe shortages of natural fiber for the feeding of cattle in both the United States, Canada and also in the EU following the widespread drought of 2012, the Company will be supplying to the livestock industry an alternative to hay and other fiber rich animal feed. This form of feed has already been approved by the USDA for animal consumption.

"I have personally overseen and supervised the equipment placement in our 70,000 sq. ft. facility in the past 4 weeks and am on site as the production ramps up," stated Marc Walther , CEO.

Bagasse is a natural fiber that remains after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract the sugar. It can also be used as a biofuel and in the manufacture of pulp and paper products, building materials, natural environmental absorbent and rich cattle fiber. A similar process is used for these industries as well which will give us multi-market capabilities.

Supreme Energy Resources, Inc. will be supplying Supreme Gold and Supreme Gold Plus by adding the Company's proprietary blend of Nutri-Mastic™. The added value of our bagasse fiber will, in management's opinion, command a higher price and create a natural allegiance with our wholesalers for the Supreme Gold brand. No other animal feed producer can duplicate our product -- Supreme Gold with Nutri-Mastic™ which therefore creates a unique competitive edge.

In the opinion of management, there are sufficient stockpiles of bagasse on their 63 acre Supreme Energy property to satisfy the requirements of ranchers along with the many sugar mills which have enormous stockpiles of bagasse which is a renewable resource. Supreme is situated within 25 miles of the heart of Louisiana's sugar cane processors which provides access to more than ample supply of bagasse for many years to come.
