Honestly I don’t know, if I were to guess I’d say that Lightwave gave them what they asked for 100 to 125 picometers per volt (not sure of the nm), they spec’d it probably because of the voltage running through the device, not sure if it would work if it was overly sensitive. As for who is doing what, only they know, I’d guess that as they move on the various devices they are still learning how to change the sensitivity and wavelength. Probably Colorado could answer that best.
The way I interpreted that SHM statement/move was that when AZ was doing the testing they kept changing up the game, what if this, what if that, Z and the LSS got fed up and decided to move away from them, they got tired of what ifs, the most important question is, will it work in the LSS’s device and how soon before that announcement. I have No Doubt that Leonberger, Bintz and Prather will put the communications modulator together because Fred saw what he was looking for and he’s been checking it out for about a year. As for polling I haven’t a clue who’s doing it but I think that it is only done once so IMO that would be on our side. Just guessing because they don’t exactly publish the SoP’s.
If Z gets into the science (which I don’t think he will) it might be a good question for the call, I think that soon enough we’ll understand more about Perkinamine.
