They have several options. ANI wants BPAX and I believe they will renegotiate to get our hormone products and there are other offers out there. I think ANI is a good fit but the terms are so crappy that they will have to get the share price up to 15-30 or more for some to get even.
To those that have voted Yes and want to change to NO there is still time.
Like Winalove said IF you are Against the Merger and HAVE NOT VOTED THEN THE BEST THING TO DO IS NOT VOTE AT ALL.
