The bottom line is this is not a dictatorship as Machaiville10 discribed. We have rights as shareholders which have been pushed aside. If the shareholders felt that the existing board members were the right people for the job a vote would bore that out but we will never know.Bret has taken us to a point in the company where sales have started and as he said we have entered a new stage of the business and as such we should have a board more in tune with the industry as opposed to yes men who are friends of the CEO. I think you need to look at this as a business owner. If you were to hire a great manager who apears to be doing a great job you would be the fool not to have an accountant go over the books to make sure. There is no place in business for complacency you can always be better. A top notch board would make sure our CEO was at his best which is good for everybody.
