Racer I have a good relationship with Mr. Doxey I speak to him almost on a daily basis and he was in a good mood today so I got some good info, he said everyday we come to the offic we expect the patent approval.

I spoke to Mr. Doxey today and he told me he expects word for the first patent soon, I also gave him the idea to release a PR stating that FDA approval is not needed for our filters but he didnt seem to fond of that idea~

Just so everyone knows PHBT settlement was continued until January so its not a lost cause we are the plaintiff and the defendants are 0 for 5 in motions! Patent is expected any day we are up for approval and are waiting everyday for the approval guess we just wait!
