These con men have made this so dark it is hard to find this stuff and they get away with all kinds of devious stuff. You really have to dig -- but it IS all there if you wish to look. Bottom Line ?? The share price to-day and all the shares issued shows you the deviousness. As we see it right now this Company is FINISHED !!!!!!!!!!!!! Too far raped to recover without a huge huge huge huge roll back. This new guy don't look like no savior either. I think he is part of the gang of rapers.
