I KNOW I read it here somewhere but cannot find it. I think it was a Form D and just below it in blue I believe it said ' convertible '. In any event I think you will find these guys put out misleading financials too - because they never get audited. For example the Arkahdy thing was done in the 2011 year BUT IT WAS NOT REPORTED UNTIL THIS LATEST 2012 YEAR. MORE BACK - DATING !!!!!!!!!!! This is how they get away with it. It becomes such a pain in the butt to try to unravel all their dipsy-doodles and misleading stuff that very few people will persist at doing it. They give up in disgust. And Ken wins and gets to hide a little longer.
