Something is missing here that the company is waiting on to make those insider shares worthwhile. They announce C&S magazines at all Barnes & Nobles, not true. I think they are waiting are waiting on that to be finalized + merger and possibly overseas distribution and maybe they have another business venture in mind. There is a reason for holding out this long instead of pumping this up for money. I hope this year PRs will finally start coming in.
