1. Flippers buy a lot of shares at a time. Most people aren't long in penny stocks.

2. The lack of news is discouraging, and I certainly wouldn't risk too much money here, but it's hardly a guarantee that the IND was rejected. Some pennies just suck at releasing timely PRs.

This is still a decent play from a risk/ reward perspective.

Riding free shares is always the smart thing to do. However, as far as speculative plays go, this is still the best one that I know of.
