That's what I was getting at if everyone that voted NO changed their vote to abstain that is still a NO vote and they DO NOT have the required number of votes to pass the merger.
NOW is the time all of You that voted yes to either ABSTAIN or vote NO. Let's band together and force them back to negotiate a better deal.
