Dust bunnies gone and it is still shuts completely down when the mouse moves. However it will boot up in safe mode and allows mouse movement. I did notice when cleaning that a small fan on the motherboard is not running, the large fan on MB is running.
My computer access is now limited appologize for the slow reply and always appreciate your help.
